Why can't I get support?

Dear WAPT Administrator,

Ive tried calling and leaving messages, emailing you many times to support@, registered@ , completing your webform. I cannot activate software it says via email and your emails dont work!

Please contact me and help me get my software working

We have updated the information on our registration server, so you can register now. To comply with the license agreement, please make sure that all previous installations of the product are removed.
