Recognition issue

I am trying to open a +/- object. The tool is not picking it up on record. The following is grabbed using http debugger:

Hi Jack,

 

Could you please send to us the link to a similar control (we need an example). Also, it seems that our letters cannot be delivered to you, due to the e-mail address you use. So could you please try to use another e-maill address?
