Which scenarion option to be selected for my sceanrio

Hi,

 

I have to do load testing of web application using WAPT 5.0.

The scenario is :Application should support 60 concurrent user and page load (Responce time) should not be more than 5 second.

 

In WAPT,

There are 6 scenarios in WAPT wizard--

1.Capacity/Overall performance

2.Performance characterstic

3.stress capablities

4.Reliablity /Endurance

5.Real user experience/background testing

6.Scalablity/Benchmarking

 

Can anyone help which scenario should i select for my scenario load testing and how i can measuer the response time is less than or equal to 5 Second.
