how to make test scenarios portable on a different server

Hi, I'm facing similar issues.What can I do for the port number?Currently I can create a initial variable for the server name and replace that with the server name.But the port number box doesn't take string parameter.Looks like I've to change the server port number if I like to test in a different server.Is there any better way to do this? Thanks, Simi
