SSL3.0 setting gives SSL2.0 requests

I have a scenario configurated as SSL3.0 but when I captured (using Wireshark) the requests sending out from my terminal PC to the destination server I found that the tool was sing SSLv2 protocol for the job, I have no idea on it.

SSL 3.0 is backward compatible with SSL 2.0. Therefor, in initial SSL 2.0 request client says that SSL 3.0 is supported. If server supports SSL 3.0 they continue with SSL 3.0.
