Local Host/Load Agents Error

'Test failed. All selected Load Agents were disconnected. The Wait Operation timed out. [0x80070102]' and that my local host has no connection.
Before I start my test the status of my servers are online and only when the test fails that it tells me that it is offline. I have also tried to remove, add the servers and reset the connection but no luck.
Please advise what I should do?

Though it is old question, it will be useful for those who stopped Load agents by mistake. Even I faced this issue
Enter the Windows Start menu, choose SoftLogica in the list of currently installed programs and select WAPT Pro -> Load Agent Manager. You will see the window of Load Agent Manager. Not you can Start the Load Agent Manager and now Verify Test
