I am recording a profile where i have to define variables from the server response. I want to know the way where we can use javasript for that page and define variables ?

or can put some logic in javascript to evaluate server response and fetch desired values and assign them to variables?

i have used search function for this task but due to some limitations of search function i.e. it is not able to take long strings as left and right boundaries, i have to find some other way.

it would be great help if i can use javascript to do this.

In WAPT Pro you can use JavaScript operator to validate server response.
