Which variables to use? (third party testing)

Recommended Posts

Guest Jackpot

Quickly, a third party is developing the back end functions of my web site using ASP.NET 2.0 - they will be using WAPT to test the stytem. I was asked by the third party what variables need to exported in the CSV report. Unfortunately I have no experience in testing applications and would appreciate any information you have to offer.

The site itself could be best compared to a site like Blingo or Winzy - a search engine in which users win prizes for searching. Membership is required to claim a prize but not to search.

Thanks in advance!

John

Hi John,

Could you please ask the 3rd party person to explain in more details what variables s/he means?

As for WAPT CSV Report, it contans the following values: Pages/sec, Hits/sec, HTTP errors, KB received, KB sent, Receiving kbps, Sending kbps and responce times (Min, Max, Avg).
