Closing the Browser

Guest WashU_Mike

Is there a way to simulate closing out the browser? I'm trying to simulate users closing the browser without logging out of the application.

Hi,

Yes, you can just remove the logaut request from user profile. Closing browser is similar to stopping sending requests.

Hi Angela,

I am running a profile that does not login or logout of any account. They simply enter the url, view the site and then close the browser. I would like to confirm that the closing of the browser is recorded and terminates the session.

Thanks in advance,

Valerie

Hi Valerie,

Pressing Stop Rec in the Recorder is similar to closing a browser. After this, nothing will be recorded, so it means that during the testing nothing will be sent at all.
