Unable to text value in pop-ups

I am performing Load/Performance test on an application built in Silverlight. At some point during execution, there is a pop-up box and user needs to enter value in that popup, but while execution through WAPT, I am unable to enter any text/value in any of the pop-ups throughout the application.

 

Please suggest me resolution at earliest.
