Web App - IE7 & Silverlight - Response Time Testing

Recommended Posts

Guest ck1

Hi All,

I am planning to use WAPT 6.0 to capture response times for a web application which is developed using MOSS\Sharepoint 2007 & Silverlight. The file upload screens\forms capturing file metadata uses Silverlight. The Silverlight screens\forms are displayed as modal popup screens in response to user selection of menu.

I am wondering, can we use WAPT to capture response times, if we have Silverlight screens.

Thanks in advance for your help.

CK

You can download and try WAPT in a trial mode for 30 days free. Or you can give us a link to you site and we will check.

I already downloaded WAPT and experimenting with it. My site is an internal site and not publicly accessible. In the site, user clicks on a menu item and Silverligh popup screen is displayed. User will make series of selections and data entries, browse and select a file and upload the file. I need to capture response times of the file upload scenario.

Here is an example site with Silverlight = http://www.vectorlight.net/demos/popup_dialogs.aspx

Any insights are highly appreciated.

Thanks,

CK
