  1. Good article, I must say i look forward to up-dates from you.

  2. Quality message, I really look forward to up-dates of your stuff.

  3. I’m trying to configure WAPT 7 to work with an external browser, but I have a few issues:

    1. I don’t see that the Recorder tab in Settings has a field to specify port number.

    2. If IE doesn’t have any proxy settings specified, is it still possible to configure WAPT to work with other browsers?

    • 1. Make sure that you have version 7.1. You can download it here: http://www.loadtestingtool.com/download.shtml
      2. If you can connect to your web site only through some HTTP proxy server, you should specify it in the IE proxy settings. Otherwise WAPT will not be able to use it and will try to connect to the web site directly.

By the way, we plan to add full support for Firefox and Chrome in the next version of WAPT, so you will not need to apply the trick described in the post.
