We have tried to test a MS.NET application and got the error summary report there are "404 not found" error in some application page (.aspx). However the error log did not show which object is actually not found by WAPT. I am new to WAPT and maybe someone can tell me how to find out which object is missing?

You should enable full logging on the Log and Report Settings page to see full log with all requests.
