Problem on Oracle Monitor

Hi All

I have got a problem on setting a oracle monitor.
It shows error code [2294556] cant connect to server

Here is my setting
Server: 192.X.X.X/orcl
Port: 1521

Please advice

Hi,

on this port runs Oracle database server, not application server.
