I'm testing a .NET new site and I'm running into a problem peaking out the 10m line from our office to the data center. Around 150 users and I start to hit the limit. The site is pretty content heavy with a lot of requests on some of the pages. My scenarios are pretty simple. Most of the scenarios are a user browsing a page and viewing a random article (which I parameterized). Do I just need to add some load agents outside of our network?

Yes, you can just run load agents outside of your network.
