If the problem remains, the following information provided by you would be especially helpful in fixing it.

1. What steps or actions had been taken by you before the crash occurred.
2. At what step the program crashed.
3. Is the crash reproduced every time or sometimes?
4. It would be helpful if you could try to reproduce the crash on another machine, if possible, and let us know about the results.
