HTTP 403 Error CCTV Image not loading

Hi,
I am having a problem in WAPT with an HTTP 403 error. The problem occurs when a particular page is loaded and the page then retrieves and displays 4 separate CCTV stills from 4 different URLs. The error is thrown when an attempt is made to load the second CCTV still.
When you record the scenario it works fine and the page is displayed correctly.

I am new to WAPT so maybe missing something obvious.

I enclose the files requested - the main site is not public but the calls to hanet for the CCTV images are (which are the calls where the error occurs).
I enclose a screenshot showing the HTML pages urls
If you need any more information please let me know.

Could you please describe how the authorization works for getting access to resources of CCTVs?

For instance, for getting access to http://public.hanet.org.uk/cctvpublicaccess/html/43878.html
