Hello Wapt!

I am trying to measure the time execution of a web site. I defined a process (opening different web pages in the same web site). I defined 1 user and 10 sessions.
The response time report (see attached) shows me 10 time frames and for every time frame shows me an average time.
I would like to know why I have 10 different average time for every web page?
And why some web pages have zero average time associated to time frames?

Other question, Wapt provide the standard desviation of the data? If the answer is yes, please show me where can I find it?

WAPT divides a whole test time on 10 frames and calculates average times for each frame. If some page in some frame doesn’t contain a time it means that this page wasn’t requested in this time frame or a request finished with error.

WAPT uses the standard deviation for calculating an avg90 time.

Continuing with the original query, I am testing a similar scenario, whereby I need to measure the time taken to perform a single test by 1 user. I have the test saved. The first time I run it, the time taken to complete is 20 seconds, I re-run the test, time taken goes up to 31 seconds. I run it once again, this time it is 50 seconds. If however, I close and re-open WAPT in between the sessions, it returns 20-21 seconds consistently.
My query is, why does closing and re-opening WAPT affect the results, vis-a-vis running the tests in succession?

It depends on many reasons: user think time settings in profile, server response time etc.
In general there is insufficient information. Try to enable logging and check the times in logs.
