How to create load spikes using wapt? Parameterization concept in WAPT?

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to simulate the scenario of creating parallel requests to various parts of a website at once, using WAPT? Do we have anything like Rendezvous Point in WAPT, like there is in Load Runner? How to parellely spike the requests and how to bring them down to one common point again? Do we need to use Paremeterization concept or any other concept in WAPT to emulate such a scenario?
Please give me some tips on this if anyone has come across such a situation previously or if anyone has an idea about this.
