Will WAPT work for MS SharePoint 2007 Portals WAPT on MOSS 2007

Hi All,
I am assigned the task of testing a web portal thats developed using MS Sharepoint 2007. Can anyone please tell me if WAPT 5.0 works on that portal? Will I be able to execute a complete set of performance/load/volume/stress testing scenarios using WAPT on that portal? Are there any limitations or precautions that I need to take care of?
